Sometimes we have those days where we just can’t make it into the gym. And that’s ok because there are so many ways that you can get a workout in at home. One of my favorite methods is to incorporate short, intense circuit training workouts in. I am not one that likes to workout for a long time in my house, I get too easily distracted. So instead, I choose 4-6 exercises that I can do inside that brings up my heart rate and burns my muscles. I do each move for 30-50 seconds with a 10 second rest, and move straight into the next move.

With this workout protocol the workout time only ends up being around 12-15 minutes but I feel as if I just ran 3 miles.
