INTERNET SALES DIRECTOR

PROMOTIONS
PRODUCER
Write, shoot and edit research-driven and
creative syndicated and news promo spots from concept to completion.
Candidate must be a creative self-starter with strong editing skills
and can work as a one-man band with direction from promotion

NEWS PHOTOGRAPHER
Position Summary: The Photographer is
responsible for videotaping various news events and editing tape for
daily news broadcasts.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities: Functions as staff photographer, creatively
shooting and editing video of daily general assignments and spot
news stories.
Effectively use
existing technology to enhance story coverage. Operate ENG Van and
microwave equipment. Other duties as assigned (i.e. performing
studio camera work when needed, taking direction and implementing
any changes as required by supervisors)
Minimum
Qualifications: All must be met to be considered:
High school graduate
or GED required. College degree preferred. Video photography courses
or seminars a plus. Three years experience in all phases of news
photography and editing. Understanding of technological aspects of
television news gathering.

We are searching for
a Business Manager who can lead a stellar team of business
professionals in the activities of the Business office. This
includes month-end close through financial statement preparation
with accompanying variance analysis.
The position also
includes monthly forecasts for the station, including work with
department heads and the general manager on a regular basis to
review cost controls, purchasing and other matters as necessary. In
addition you will manage the annual budgeting and strategic planning
process.
However in addition
we are looking for someone who can motivate, earn respect for their
staff as well as the rest of the management team including the GM
and other department heads by maintaining constant dialogue with
them and helping them manage the financial aspects of their
departments and the station overall.
Requirements
- Four year degree in Accounting/Business
Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years
broadcasting accounting management experience in a medium sized
market preferred.
- Demonstrable and verifiable ability to
be a team leader with a successful track record of working with
your peers, GM and Corporate managers is very desirable.
- Wide Orbit, ADP and Oracle system
knowledge would be helpful but not a requirement.
The right person
will have to be a great motivator and have the ability to hit the
ground at full speed. In addition, they will need to create a
collegial working environment with the other department heads; have
good analytical thought process; interpersonal skills;
accountability; respect for confidentiality.
